SHIPPING
CANADA
All orders over $150 get FREE SHIPPING!
Canadian orders can take up to 1- 6 business days from ship date to arrive. Shipping charges are calculated by weight.
Please keep in mind that due to the impact of Covid-19, some shipments may be delayed longer than usual.
Canadian orders are sent via Canada Post. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number for your shipment, if applicable.
USA
All shipping costs to the US are calculated by weight and volume. US orders can take up to 10 - 14 business days to arrive. Orders outside of Canada may be charged duties, fees and taxes by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
LOCAL PICK UP
We offer local pick up in Vancouver. Please make this selection at check out. Local pick up items will be ready 2-3 days from time of purchase.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Customs and/or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office about this for further information.
TAXES
Canada - All orders placed in Canada will be charged the appropriate tax for the province the order ships to (HST or PST) plus the GST.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% happy with your Eh Frame items! If you are not completely satisfied, please email us at XXXXX with a Return/Exchange request within 10 days of receipt of item(s).
Returns and exchanges are accepted on regular priced merchandise only. Items must be unwashed, unworn with original tags attached. Any items purchased as part of a sale or using a promo/discount code are FINAL SALE.

2. Your name & contact number.
3. Reason for return/exchange.
4. If making an exchange, please indicate the size and item you would like.
5. A tracking number for your return parcel.

NOTE - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note:
• In the case of defective merchandise– replacement items will be shipped out at our cost.
• Please choose a tracked service when returning an item in order to provide a tracking number when returning merchandise. We do not assume responsibility for lost or delayed packages.
• For a return, shipping costs are non-refundable.
• When your package has been received the balance will be refunded (less shipping cost) to original method of payment. Email confirmation will be sent once refund has been applied
